3 CROW BAR    BLOODY MARY CONTEST  2010   ENTRY FORM

Entries can be turned in beginning July 14^th through August 12^th. Due to the overwhelming popularity of this event, only 10 entries will be accepted in a lottery-style selection process. Those contestants will be notified on Friday the 13^th to return to 3 CROW BAR Saturday, August 14^th, at 3:00 PM. Three independent judges will then judge the entries to crown the winner. Contestants need to bring enough of their award-winning bloody mary mix to make an entry cocktail and possibly share with others if they like. Contestants will be allowed to make and garnish their entry drink. 3 CROW BAR will provide the vodka and glassware or you can bring your own special glass. Must be present to win.
